Jess Smith is a lover of nature and an environmental warrior – as well as an experienced, empathetic and passionate lawyer.
Having worked in law since 2014, Jess joined Bryant McKinnon in 2021, bringing with her experience in commercial, business and succession law. She is drawn to family law out of a desire to provide meaningful help to those going through traumatic life experiences. Having spent time working on deceased estates she is also passionate about helping people prepare a succession plan and is horrified that over 55% of Australian do not have a Will.
Coffs Harbour is home to Jess and her two soccer-mad boys. When Jess is not in the office, you can find her with her boys either at the beach, playing soccer, in the garden or with her dog, Milo.
